Closo.ai Data Processing Agreement

Closo.ai offers a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for our customers that operate in the EU and are considered controllers of personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This DPA supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and contains contractual terms that address the GDPR's requirements for data processing agreements between controllers and processors.

Our DPA reflects our data privacy and security commitments to our clients, including provisions related to:

• Scope of processing: Defining the purposes and limitations of personal data processing.
• Data subject categories and types of data:Specifying the categories of individuals and types of personal data processed.
• Processor's obligations: Outlining our responsibilities regarding data security, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR requirements.
• Controller's obligations: Clarifying your responsibilities as a data controller.
• Data transfers: Addressing the transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area.
• Subprocessing: Defining the conditions for engaging sub-processors.

We are committed to GDPR compliance and protecting your data. Our standard DPA includes the necessary safeguards for data processing, including Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers. While we are committed to data protection, as a team, without Legal employees, we cannot accommodate individual changes to this DPA.
